Work-a-thon is tomorrow! We’re really excited to help out the community and DC schools & couldn’t do it without all of our wonderful volunteers! Make sure to look for the volunteers in bright blue (see photo) tomorrow if you have any questions.
A few last minute details:
- We suggest you bring to your school tomorrow: layers (it will be cold at 8:30AM!), water, & money for lunch (if needed).
- There’s still time to Ask friends & family to help fund Work-a-thon
- Please tag or mention @handsondc or #handsondc tomorrow if you use Twitter. We love your photos and shout outs!
- Join us for the Work-a-thon Afterparty @ Lounge 201 at 7pm. Georgetown Cupcakes & food while it lasts! Celebrate a job well done with other volunteers!
Of course, if you’re missing Work-a-thon this year, you can always support DC schools by making a contribution. All donations go directly to our events & to scholarship for DC schools.
