Mayor's Service Award Goes to Christina Russell
Christina Russell, Hands on DC 2004 co-director, received the Mayor’s Community Service Award in November 2003. Sponsored by the DC Commission on National and Community Service, the award honors District residents who demonstrate an outstanding commitment to improving their community.
